The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Benefits Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Uniondale, NY. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse book of small, mid-size, and large group EB clients Provides day to day service Oversees renewals Ensures compliance Supports open enrollment, while coordinating with carriers and internal teams to deliver strategic benefit solutions. Qualifications: High School degree required, college preferred Benefit Account Manager experience LAH license Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration. Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel) Benefits: Compensation: $90,000-$110,000/yr Company Paid Life Insurance, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability. Medical, Dental, Vision and FSA/HSA plans. 401(k) with company match. Additional voluntary benefits including Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, Hospital Indemnity and Supplemental Life Insurance, Legal and Identity Protection, and Pet benefits. Generous PTO.
