By building on a set of unique and cutting edge technologies, wrapped up in a killer product. We are looking for a BI Post Sales Consultant to join our brilliant team in New York.
The Advanced Technical Solution Consultant (ATSC) at Sisense are an integral part of the Customer Success team and are the front line that gets to know the customers best and help them succeed and grow with us. They understand their requirements and collaborate with the rest of our talented teams to provide them with a unique customer experience and service. As an Advanced Technical Support Consultant, you will work through complex data environments with customers from all sizes and industries, to deliver exceptional support and value over our amazing product.

In addition, you will –
- Investigate technical problems and diagnose root causes
- Develop, design and propose solutions to meet technological and business needs for customers
- Take part in the creation and maintenance of our knowledge base and community
- Provide reliable resolution of critical and high impact problems for customers
- Work with R&D and Product teams to meet customer requirements and improve our product
- Provide strategic business intelligence consultancy
- Database analysis & data modeling
- Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery
- Manage projects internally as well as externally
- Implement BI projects at customers’ site, on site or via web meetings
- Train customers and partners
- Present complex technical information to non-technical audiences
What Should You Have?
- Data driven, analytical mind and excellent problem solving skills
- Passion for support and helping others
- Excellent English – communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills
- 3+ years’ experience implementing enterprise-scale reporting systems, including :
- Working with users in a requirements analysis role
- Extensive use of SQL and RDBMS systems (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server,etc.)
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Hadoop
- Extensive experience with data warehouse implementations
- Strong knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts
- 3+ years of experience with IT infrastructure and applications support
- Experience with implementation of BI projects
- Experience with ETL and BI tools such as Informatica, SSIS, SSRS, BusinessObjects, Cognos ,QlikView or Tableau
- Programming / scripting experience and knowledge of software development life cycle is preferred
