We're seeking a results-oriented bilingual Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. You'll build strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth through your infectious enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills. Responsibilities  
Sales Generation
Actively promote and sell our wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables to both retail and wholesale customers by executing on sales strategies.
Identify new customers through market research, networking, and attending industry events
Negotiate prices and terms with customers, considering factors such as order volume, market conditions, and existing contracts.
Prepare and present quotes to potential customers, outlining pricing and product specifications.
Contribute to sales reports and data analysis to track sales performance and identify any sales trends.
Customer Engagement 
Interact with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, assisting them in making informed choices about our produce offerings.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking opportunities to expand our customer base.
Have the ability to answer customer questions confidently and accurately about various aspects of the products, such as taste profiles, cooking methods, and pairing suggestions
Collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
Order Processing 
Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivery.
Accurately enter customer order details into the company's order management system, including product names, quantities, prices, delivery addresses, and any special instructions.
Maintain clear and organized records of all orders for future reference and tracking purposes
Product Knowledge
Possess a deep understanding of various fruits and vegetables, including their characteristics, seasonality, nutritional value, storage and handling requirements, in order to provide accurate product information to customers. Stay updated on current trends and innovations in the produce industry, including new varieties and food safety regulations.
Visual Merchandising
Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized display of products to enhance the shopping experience.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and sanitation guidelines. Qualifications 
Fluent in English and any one of the following: Spanish or Korean or Arabic or Mandarin or Creole language
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the produce industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with customers.
Excellent customer service orientation, with a genuine passion for exceeding expectations.
Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of inventory management software preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
