The Opportunity


TheGuarantors is hiring a BizOps & Strategic Finance Intern with a clear path to a full-time Analyst role

for top performers. This is a highly selective opportunity to join a small, high-impact team supporting the

company’s most critical financial and operational initiatives. The BizOps & Strategic Finance team sits at the center of the business - driving financial planning, operational efficiency, and growth strategy, while partnering closely with leadership on investor reporting

and key strategic decisions.


This role is designed for individuals who are exceptionally motivated, detail-oriented, and intellectually

curious, with a strong desire to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Interns will take on real

responsibility from day one, working directly on analyses, models, and executive-level materials with

visibility to senior leadership.


High-performing individuals will be given the opportunity to convert into a full-time Analyst role at the

conclusion of the program.


This role will be located in NY with a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite.


What You’ll Do


● Support the development of executive-ready materials (Board, investor, and leadership

presentations) in PowerPoint

● Assist in building and maintaining financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic

planning in Excel

● Conduct structured analyses to support decision-making across operations, growth, and product

initiatives

● Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to recurring business reporting

● Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Data, GTM) to gather inputs and

synthesize insights

● Support ad hoc analyses and special projects tied to the company’s top strategic priorities

● Continuously improve processes, templates, and outputs to drive efficiency and clarity


What You Bring


● 0–2 years of experience (internships or early professional experience in finance, investment

banking, consulting, or similar fields preferred)

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

● Strong proficiency in Excel (including the ability to build dynamic, detailed, and scalable

financial models) and PowerPoint (including the ability to create clear, structured, and visually

polished presentations)

● Comfortable working with large datasets (organizing, cleaning, and analyzing data)

● Ability to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights with concise, executive-ready

messaging

● Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

● Exceptional organization and time management skills and a roll up your sleeves mentality with

excitement to research and learn what you don’t know


Nice To Have


● Basic familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools

Base Salary

The base hourly range is between $40-$45/hour.


Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
