Blackstone is seeking a highly motivated professional to support our Private Wealth Business Development team in expanding our financial planning, analytics, and reporting capabilities. This role will have a variety of responsibilities and will work in close coordination across PW & Blackstone teams to:

  • Generate actionable business insights through in-depth analysis of key business initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management, summarizing findings, recommendations, and potential impacts
  • Produce routine financial reporting to track, plan and analyze Private Wealth group expenses
  • Assist in global strategic planning, annual budget and business management routines
  • Model financial impact of business initiatives and new product structures
  • Create measurement frameworks for global initiatives with relevant KPIs
  • Drive best practices around data management, including proactive efforts to ensure data integrity and quality control
  • Support management of datasets and tools to enable efficient, effective and accurate reporting
  • Consolidate, organize, and manage information from numerous internal and external sources

Qualifications:

Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.

The successful candidate must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, asset management or other related business experience – prior Financial Planning & Analysis experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and proficiency across Tableau, Salesforce, Sigma
  • Strong academic record
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and driven; works effectively in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Entrepreneurial, operates independently once adequately trained

Expected annual base salary range:

$125,000 - $150,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
