- Deliver outcomes while working in a fast-paced, high visibility and dynamic environment
- Develop and coordinate metrics, presentations and content that will be shared with senior leaders and customers
- Identify risk and opportunity potential to develop mitigation plans and present plans to leaders to gain approval
- Assists in the development and integration of projects, strategies, and processes to meet business goals.
- Track actions to resolution and drive improvements for the business
- Manages, updates, and improves operating tools (OneNote, SharePoint, File shares, Teams, Outlook, etc.)Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion
- 5+ years of years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data
- 5+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
- 5+ years of experience developing and reporting performance metrics
- 5+ years of experience leading projects
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Experience working in Program Management and/or Business Operations
