Brand Growth Lead

Standard Bots is building the future of physical AI by bringing powerful, easy-to-use robotics into real-world environments. We're at an inflection point: the technology is here, the customers are real, and the story is just beginning.

We're looking for someone to own how that story grows. This isn't a channel-management role, and it isn't just social. You'll be responsible for growing the Standard Bots brand across every organic surface—social, content, community, creators, and culture—turning attention into audience and audience into demand.

You'll expand on our voice, produce content that connects, and build the engine that makes Standard Bots widely known as America’s industrial robot company. You'll work across the company—product, sales, customers, leadership—and partner closely with brand designers and video producers/editors to create high-quality, high-velocity content that drives results. That might mean showing our made-in-America story in the factory, telling impactful customer stories, orchestrating a product launch moment, or inventing formats no one in robotics has even tried.

If you live online, have sharp instincts for what works (and what doesn't), and want to define how an entire category gets told—this role is for you.

What you'll do
  • Own organic brand growth end-to-end: strategy, voice, channels, content engine, and results.

  • Build and run Standard Bots' social presence as the tip of the spear—identifying where to play, and how to play differently on each platform.

  • Partner with video producers/editors to make high-quality, high-velocity content, and shape the editorial calendar that drives it.

  • Extend the brand beyond our own channels: creators, communities, earned moments, and partnerships that put Standard Bots in front of new audiences.

  • Tell stories across product, customers, team, and culture—not just announcements

  • Engage actively online—knowing who to follow, when to participate, and how to show up credibly on behalf of the company.

  • Turn brand attention into measurable growth: define the KPIs that connect audience, engagement, and pipeline; report on them; and pivot fast when something isn't working.

  • Work cross-functionally with comms, brand design, performance marketing, and leadership to align on narrative and moments.

  • Experiment constantly—formats, tone, timing—and double down on what works

  • Build the function from the ground up: systems, cadence, analytics, and eventually the team behind it.

What we're looking for
  • Chronically online, with strong taste and intuition for internet-native content

  • A track record of growing a brand's audience—organically, measurably, and with a distinctive voice.

  • A clear point of view on how companies should show up online today, and the judgment to know where the line is and how to push it without crossing it.

  • Comfort operating at the leadership table: you can set strategy, defend it with data, and translate internal complexity into clear external stories.

  • Experience navigating multiple stakeholders—engineering, executives, customers—and getting great content out of all of them.

  • Genuine excitement about robotics, physical AI, and the real-world impact of what we're building.

  • Interest in new media and evolving formats—not just following trends, but helping shape them.

  • You should have the maturity, taste, and instincts to make decisions that carry weight, and the ambition to build something bigger than a channel.

Why this role
  • You'll drive brand growth for a company at the center of a major technological shift.

  • You'll have access to real-world, highly visual storytelling opportunities most brands would kill for: robots in action, American factories, customer deployments.

  • You'll work with a team that values speed, clarity, and strong opinions.

  • You'll own something end-to-end, see the impact immediately, and grow the function—and your scope—as we scale.
