Brand Management Intern - New York, NY (Hybrid)

Here’s what you will do here

Business Analysis & Assortment:

  • Execute & Analyze business reporting 
  • Assist with development of Assortment Strategy 
  • Maintain Store Distribution Lists 
  • Maintain Resource & Contact Lists

Market Research:

  • Develop & maintain knowledge of the Laura Ashley, including on-line and in-store research 
  • Assist with execution of Market, Trend & Competitive Research and create presentations 
  • Research prospective brand collaboration opportunities 

Licensing:

  • Assist with samples and learn about the licensing approval process 
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance Brand Documents & Business Development Presentations 
  • Create and maintain print/pattern design matrix to track pattern usage across licensees and retailers

This job is for you if

  • Interest in learning how brand management functions in the licensing model, including working with cross functional teams.
  • Strong interest in home and lifestyle industry
  • Strong retail mathematics & excel skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Canva

About the Internship

The internship will be a 10-week summer internship program running from June 2nd – Aug 6th and will require the intern to be in office Mon.-Thurs. The hourly rate will be $17.00 / hr.
