Miro’s Corporate Marketing team is responsible for Miro’s story and expressing it through brand communications, content, events and customer experiences. We are responsible for shaping and sharing Miro’s core story with the world – from critical influencers to our enterprise customers, through to our users.
About the RoleWe're seeking a versatile Brand Marketing Manager to lead strategy, brand management, and campaign execution across multiple channels. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to wear many hats—you'll need to be comfortable pivoting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution without trying to fit into a narrow job description. The ideal candidate understands both the art of brand building and the science of performance marketing, and excels at cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll do- Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, and messaging that differentiates us in the market and resonates with target audiences
- Drive brand awareness and equity through integrated marketing campaigns. Plan, launch, and manage from concept to execution, spanning digital, content, social, events, and traditional channels
- Create compelling brand assets and content that brings the brand story to life, based on customer and market insights
- Translate business objectives into creative briefs that inspire great work while staying grounded in strategic rigor
- Synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform brand positioning and campaign strategies
- Analyze campaign performance, brand health metrics, and market dynamics to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI
- Build relationships with customers, partners, influencers, and media to amplify brand reach and credibility
- 4-6 years in brand management, marketing, or related roles; startup or high-growth environment experience strongly preferred
- T-shaped marketer with depth in brand and multi-channel campaign management, plus broad knowledge across content, digital, social, events, analytics, and creative production
- Proven acumen and passion for using AI tools. You have a strong point of view on how AI is changing marketing communications and how brands should harness it intelligently—not just for efficiency, but for creative advantage
- Ability to do more with less, pivot quickly, and thrive in ambiguity without rigid role definitions
- Comfortable with data, metrics, and translating insights into strategy and action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high quality standards. Able to tell compelling stories and present to stakeholders and tell the difference between good work and great work
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing relationships with internal teams and external partners

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. The range for this role is:
