This role offers a unique opportunity for a candidate with a background in brand/marketing campaign strategy and deployment aimed at improving JPMorganChase’s brand reputation among key audiences on a national scale. You will draw upon your knowledge of brand strategy, positioning, campaign management, creative production, and stakeholder management to execute our key priorities. Your success will be driven by your experience as a seasoned brand marketer, as well as your ability to collaborate with our marketing counterparts and thrive in a dynamic environment.

As a Brand Specialist on the Brand Marketing team, you will partner closely with firmwide marketers, creative agencies, and insights teams to translate business objectives into high-impact marketing strategies and paid campaigns. You’ll bring a strong grasp of performance data, paid media testing approaches, and creative optimization—using learnings to help ensure JPMorganChase marketing assets deliver against business KPIs.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal creative teams to develop comprehensive 360-degree campaigns that effectively communicate our story to target audiences, aligning with business and marketing objectives

  • Manage paid campaigns from end to end, leading process from briefing to evaluating creative output, including overseeing timelines, tracking deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met, and completing asset trafficking process.
  • Partner with Insights, content, creative, and internal client teams to create compelling assets that resonate with the target audience.
  • Utilize metrics and analytics to drive creative performance and optimize results.
  • Cultivate partnerships with internal marketing teams based on trust, providing guidance and support to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal business to navigate projects through internal systems and processes, ensuring smooth delivery of brand and marketing priorities.

  • Deploy the JPMC visual identity system, including design principles, across digital and print, and event activations.

  • Build relationships with creators across the company and externally to support their efforts and ensure consistency of brand representation. 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 5+ years of marketing experience across brand strategy, paid media/campaign execution, and marketing communications.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed, cross-functional organizations.
  • Familiarity with social campaigns and best practices, with the ability to tailor by channel to drive engagement.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end creative development process, including production and execution best practices.
  • Innovative, solutions-oriented influencer who thrives in fast-paced environments and consistently meets deadlines.
  • Performance-focused marketer with a track record of delivering efficient, effective campaigns.
  • Excellent project management, writing, and analytical skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in developing paid social storytelling and tactics aligned with business objectives to drive engagement across platforms

  • Experience and a passion for corporate impact branding and marketing
