We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can partner closely with clients and delivery teams to bring enterprise CMS implementations to life. In this role, you’ll help guide projects from early discovery through delivery, ensuring teams stay aligned and outcomes exceed expectations.
What you’ll doYou’ll play a central role in connecting people, ideas, and execution:
🤝 Partner with clients- Lead conversations to uncover business needs and goals
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and product owners
- Guide user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Support content modeling and CMS best practices
- Break down work into deliverable pieces with engineering teams
- Manage and prioritize the backlog in Jira
- Contribute to roadmap planning and ongoing iteration
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned
- Work closely with strategy, design, and engineering
- Identify risks early and help solve them
- Support training and knowledge sharing with clients
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience working in a digital agency or consulting environment with client-facing projects
- Hands-on experience with Contentful or another headless CMS
- A track record of supporting enterprise website implementations
- Confidence creating requirements, user stories, and documentation
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management)
- Strong communication skills—you can connect technical and non-technical audiences
- The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and move work forward
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager
- Exposure to content modeling or information architecture
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or composable architectures
- Jira & Confluence
- Figma (or similar design tools)
- Miro, Lucid, or similar collaboration tools
- You’ll work on high-impact, enterprise-level digital experiences
- You’ll collaborate with cross-functional experts across strategy, design, and engineering
- You’ll have the opportunity to shape how projects are delivered—not just execute them

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $59,000 - $85,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
