What you’ll do

  • Support Equities Technology leadership in day-to-day organizational operations, including financial management, headcount tracking, operating priorities, and coordination across Technology teams.
  • Manage or assist with budget tracking and analysis, including headcount, vendor spend, and key initiatives, in partnership with Finance and HR.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Equities Technology processes, systems, and dependencies, to support planning, identify risks, and flag potential issues.
  • Document and improve operating processes, procedures, and system dependencies, and identify and implement best practices.
  • Support preparation for leadership meetings, town halls, and stakeholder updates, ensuring communication is clear, accurate, and well-organized.
  • Partner with Technology and delivery teams to help drive organizational initiatives, set priorities, track progress, and support successful execution.
  • Bring structure and clarity to execution and communication, supporting consistent framework for reporting, planning, and cross-team coordination.

 

What’s REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, economics, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in a technology business analyst, operations, COO support, or consulting role
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify roadblocks and develop solutions
  • Familiarity with buy-side business environments or demonstrated ability to learn
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range for this role is $145,000-$200,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
