The Information Technology department is seeking a collaborative and solutions-oriented Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives and partner with business stakeholders to improve processes and deliver impactful technology solutions.
Position SummaryThe Business Analyst / Project Manager serves as the bridge between business teams and Information Technology, leading projects from concept through implementation while ensuring solutions align with organizational goals. This individual will facilitate requirements gathering, manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support continuous improvement of enterprise applications, with a particular emphasis on Salesforce and related business systems.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading project meetings, documenting business requirements, managing competing priorities, and building strong relationships across the organization.
Essential Responsibilities- Lead technology projects through the full project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, execution, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, identify opportunities for process improvement, and recommend technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, communication plans, and status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate activities across internal teams, external vendors, consultants, and business partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business units by translating business needs into actionable technology solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, change management, user training, and documentation.
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, dependencies, risks, and change requests.
- Partner with application owners to prioritize enhancements and support ongoing optimization of enterprise systems.
- Promote project management best practices, governance, and continuous improvement across the IT department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Five or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a combined Business Analyst/Project Manager role.
- Experience leading cross-functional technology or enterprise application projects.
- Experience working with Salesforce as a System Administrator, Business Analyst, Project Lead, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and solution design.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent Salesforce experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, NPSP, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI
- Experience with enterprise system integrations and data exchange.
- PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.

Reports To: Director, Enterprise Applications
Salary Range: $135,000 -145,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications listed above.
