About the Role
Hadrian is building the world’s most advanced and automated factories across the US, and we're looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing Commercial Operations team as we scale nationwide and enter new product & service lines.
We need a dynamic Business Analyst to work closely with our cross-functional teams to help uncover, develop and implement solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and effectiveness.
You will be challenged to think creatively and improve operations for a high growth and variable product mix manufacturing company
In this role you will:
Analyze manufacturing and operational workflows, machining throughput, and capacity utilization to identify process improvements
Monitor KPIs such as On-time delivery, scrap/rework rates, and machine efficiency
Build dashboards and reports supporting daily production and customer meetings and long-term planning
Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management) to document business requirements and process flows
Support ERP optimization (Work orders, change management, BOMs, routings, scheduling, cost tracking) and recommend improvements
Evaluate and implement digital tools that support manufacturing operations, traceability, and compliance
Conduct data modeling, cost/variance analysis, and performance forecasting
Translate complex operational data into meaningful insights for senior leadership
Provide business cases, ROI analyses, and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives
Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve manufacturing efficiency, and increase profitability.
Support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
Standardize reporting and analytics across the organization.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in; Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations Management, or a related field.
2 - 5 years of business analysis, manufacturing analysis, or operations support experience (preferably in manufacturing or aerospace/defense)
Working knowledge of many manufacturing processes, shop floor operations, and production planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or similar
Experience working with an ERP system (e.g.SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Self-motivated and eager to get hands-on and tackle challenges independently while working collaboratively toward identified objectives
What Will Set You Apart:
Experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Space manufacturing environments
Familiarity with AS9100, ITAR, and quality documentation requirements
Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement training or certification
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
Compensation
For this role, the target salary range is $120,000 - $135,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).
This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
