Provides administrative and organizational support to management, including calendar and meeting coordination, communications, presentations, reports, travel and event planning, task tracking, research, and business project support. Handles confidential information and works independently in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with internal teams, partners, and clients.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Business Assistant who is fluent in English and Russian to support management with day-to-day business and administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken)
- 1+ year of experience as a Business Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
