Aircall is a web application built on top of the newest technologies for realtime communication (Websockets, WebRTC) providing desktop phone service to marketing & sales teams.
Our Story
Started by eFounders, we launched officially in June 2015 and we have now 2000 customers all over the world, which use Aircall every day to run their business (Uber, Deliveroo, Heetch, Tripndrive...). In 2016, we got funded at $11M by US & European Angels and VCs, after a successful journey at 500 Startup's accelerator in San Francisco (summer 2015).

We're competing with traditional players (Orange, Vodafone...) and a few (mostly US) start-ups (TalkDesk, Switch, etc), but we have a unique vision of simplicity and collaboration applied to phone calls.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a gifted and talented business developer to join our New York office. This role involves researching companies, organize sales outbound campaigns, and qualifying each opportunity before sending to an Account Executive. It is a fast-paced role that fits high energy and smart sales people.
What You’ll Do?
- Identify relevant sales target (verticals, customer segments,etc...) and gather key lead informations in the North America region.
- Brief sales teams to ensure the best possible handover and maximize client value
- Ground floor opportunity with the team that shapes the strategic direction of the company
- Contribute to sustain and increase our NPS (Net Promoter Score)
- Bring in new ideas and process the delight our customers
- Delivering consistently fantastic support via phone, email and in-app messages
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in French & English
Sraping expert and able to analyze big datas
Working knowledge of CRM systems and a willingness to learn even more
Rigor and organization (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information)
Enthusiasm, fun and smile. This might be the single most important point, even if it’s the last :-)
