Job Title: Business Development Associate (Outbound B2B Telesales)
Location: 100% Remote, Purely Outbound B2B Dialing
Number of Positions: 20

Duties:
• Conduct high-volume outbound B2B calls to prospective clients using a multi-line power dialer to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and qualify potential prospects by understanding their business needs, challenges, and suitability for the agency's services.
• Engage prospects professionally over the phone using strong conversational and consultative selling skills to build rapport and generate interest.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments and accurately update prospect information, call outcomes, and follow-up activities in the CRM or sales system.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently following up with prospects, overcoming objections, demonstrating resilience, and converting outreach efforts into qualified opportunities.


Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Must have a personal computer/laptop and reliable workspace.
• Strong on-phone presence, conversational English fluency, and resilience in phone outreach.
Prior dialer experience is a plus, but not required, we fully train candidates on using our multi-line powerdialer tech stack.
