This is a fantastic opportunity for an outstanding, highly driven individual with strong experience in seeking new business, delivering commercial targets, and developing and fostering client relationships. You will be pitching proposals to brands aiming to build an affinity with the Gen Z audience through the UNiDAYS retail marketplace. Working directly with the biggest brands in the business, supported by technology, affiliate partners, and media agencies, this individual will take the full UNiDAYS suite of marketing solutions to market, showcasing us as the world’s leading destination for all student consumers and global experts in engaging the Gen Z demographic.
Job requirements
  • This role is for a very ambitious, dynamic and driven individual who has experience in SaaS sales, consulting, and marketing/media, with a proven track record of solution focused selling. 
  • This is an individual contributor role with great progression opportunities
  • Experience with partner/agency/affiliate management, business development and negotiations.
  • Someone who can grow the partner base, has experience with partner/agency/affiliate management, business development and negotiations.
  • A deep understanding of the e-commerce industry with a focus on the tools and technologies that enable ad serving, insights/surveying, philanthropic marketing, and retail/in-store experience will help you succeed here at UNiDAYS.
  • Team players are essential, as you will collaborate cross functionally and be supported by the broader Commercial team to deliver the most crucial commercial partnerships at UNiDAYS globally.
  • Experience selling to C-levels and VP’s that hold brand and advertising budgets will be beneficial as our  New Business Director.

Job responsibilities
  • Reporting directly into the Global head of New Business- will be an individual contributor and accountable for driving partner acquisition and high value long-term partnerships globally.
  • Grow the UNiDAYS partner base across marketplace opportunities and ensure their success on the network.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally by sharing new ideas and best practice as you accelerate growth for UNiDAYS Identity globally.
  • This role will be responsible for ensuring day to day sales operations are efficiently driving partner acquisition activity and conversion, utilising Salesforce dashboards and data to maximise sales activity through the pipeline from lead gen to conversion - understanding the metrics and ratios. 
  • Ensure the establishment of positive, productive relationships and provide leadership to obtain maximum partner revenue and attain corporate objectives. 
  • Reporting results to senior managers on a frequent basis 
  • Champion commercial challenges, driving innovations and solutions within the business and it’s partners 
  • Act as key liaison with business stakeholders in respect to Commercial activities 
  • Ensure a strong feedback loop from the market back into the business to input on the product roadmap and overall business strategy
  • This role will require your resilience, proactive approach and exceptional communication. You have the energy and motivation to lead in a dynamic and changing environment.
