  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track prospecting activities, and provide feedback on lead quality, conversion trends, and market insights.

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual prospecting, qualified opportunity, and pipeline generation targets.

Qualifications

  • Miami, FL, and surrounding areas strongly preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software business development, with demonstrated success in inbound qualification and outbound prospecting.

  • Ability to engage decision-makers and qualify opportunities involving multiple stakeholders across enterprise organizations.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Drift, and ABM or AI-powered prospecting platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Clay, etc.).

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual prospecting and pipeline generation targets.

  • Strong communication, discovery, organization, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Fluent in English is required.

Who You Are

  • Demonstrate QAD’s core values: drive for results, commitment to the team, extreme ownership, challenging the status quo, and integrity and respect for all

  • Curious, coachable, and committed to improving your craft
