Are you ready to get the Easygo Edge?

This role decides where KICK’s next revenue comes from. As our Business Development Lead in the US, you’ll win new agency groups, verticals and enterprise clients, and shape the offers that win them.

What you’ll build with us:
We are looking for a Business Development Lead to grow KICK's advertising business in the US. You will find and win clients that are new to KICK, make the case for advertising on the platform, and close the first deals that become long-term partnerships.

This is a full-time opportunity based in New York. You’ll work from home, but you won’t be working alone. You’ll be out in the market with agencies and advertisers, working closely with our US commercial team and connected to our Australian and Serbian teams as we build KICK’s US presence together.

Who is Easygo and KICK?
Easygo is a high-growth, high-velocity tech company with millions of eyeballs on us every day. We’re building the future of fearless tech. We’re the creators behind some of the most popular brands, including Stake, KICK and Easygo Games. These brands have a fierce global following, but our crew is employed directly by Easygo, and that’s where the real fun happens.

KICK is our live streaming platform, built to put creators and their communities first. It gives content creators 95% of their streaming income and has redefined what a live streaming platform can be. KICK started as a disruptor challenging the status quo. Since launching in 2022, it has grown to more than 100 million accounts, and 81.7% of its audience is aged 18 to 34. Creators stream on KICK across gaming, talk shows, podcasts, IRL, sport and events.

We’re always looking for people who are hungry, humble and move fast, and who are ready to Unify, Disrupt and Evolve with us. With us you’ll grow faster and go further. Your work has impact, and that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else.

The impact you’ll make:
  • Win and onboard new agency groups, vertical offerings and enterprise clients against the US net new number
  • Own the new business pipeline and forecast, from prospect to close
  • Work on cross-functional projects that take new offerings to market.
  • Build launch packages for new verticals and events, and decide which markets and clients we go after first
  • Feed what new clients need into the product roadmap
  • Mentor junior team members and set the standard for how KICK wins new business
Your track record:
  • 9+ years in partnerships, programmatic supply or platform business development
  • A record of winning new agency groups, verticals or enterprise clients against a net new revenue number
  • An established network across US agency groups and enterprise advertisers
  • Experience pricing and packaging new ad products, and turning client feedback into product requirements
  • Working knowledge of programmatic (PMPs, programmatic guaranteed, and DSP and SSP mechanics)
  • Familiarity with CRM and order management systems (Boostr is a plus)
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, including with C-level and senior agency stakeholders
Bonus points if you also have:
  • Experience with creator networks, live streaming, entertainment or gaming platforms
  • Experience selling to marketing and user acquisition teams at game studios and publishers, including rewarded campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic supply partnerships, such as SSPs, mediation or PMP deals
  • Experience taking a platform or ad product into a new vertical or market
