Job Overview
As Business Development Lead at Beli, you will be responsible for building and managing key partnerships and developing Beli’s business-facing monetization strategy. You will work closely with the CEO, product, and growth teams to drive platform partnerships, expand restaurant-facing products, and define Beli’s B2B strategy.
Responsibilities
- Platform partnerships
- Develop and manage partnerships
- Identify and execute new partnership opportunities across the ecosystem
- Own partner relationships, negotiations, and ongoing collaboration
- Restaurant products and monetization
- Define and drive strategy for restaurant-facing products and revenue
- Work with product and growth teams to develop and launch monetization features
- Identify new revenue opportunities across the platform
- B2B strategy
- Develop and execute Beli’s broader B2B strategy
- Identify high-impact opportunities to expand Beli’s role in the restaurant ecosystem
- Evaluate and prioritize new business lines and partnerships
Qualifications
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, strategy, or related roles
- Experience working with consumer platforms, marketplaces, or restaurant/food tech companies
- Proven track record of building partnerships and driving revenue
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- High ownership, "roll up your sleeves" mentality, and intellectual curiosity
Compensation
Compensation will be determined based on experience. This position also includes meaningful early-stage equity.
