Job Overview

As Business Development Lead at Beli, you will be responsible for building and managing key partnerships and developing Beli’s business-facing monetization strategy. You will work closely with the CEO, product, and growth teams to drive platform partnerships, expand restaurant-facing products, and define Beli’s B2B strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Platform partnerships
    • Develop and manage partnerships
    • Identify and execute new partnership opportunities across the ecosystem
    • Own partner relationships, negotiations, and ongoing collaboration
  • Restaurant products and monetization
    • Define and drive strategy for restaurant-facing products and revenue
    • Work with product and growth teams to develop and launch monetization features
    • Identify new revenue opportunities across the platform
  • B2B strategy
    • Develop and execute Beli’s broader B2B strategy
    • Identify high-impact opportunities to expand Beli’s role in the restaurant ecosystem
    • Evaluate and prioritize new business lines and partnerships

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, strategy, or related roles
  • Experience working with consumer platforms, marketplaces, or restaurant/food tech companies
  • Proven track record of building partnerships and driving revenue
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • High ownership, "roll up your sleeves" mentality, and intellectual curiosity

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on experience. This position also includes meaningful early-stage equity.
