Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead, organize, and coordinate the efforts of assigned staff to ensure effective and efficient execution of departmental objectives. Establish and maintain organizational structures, operational standards, policies, and procedures that support departmental goals and promote seamless collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing development of staff. Set clear performance expectations and goals, conduct performance evaluations, provide timely and constructive feedback, and administer appropriate recognition and corrective actions as needed. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and supportive team culture that encourages professional growth and collective success
- Develop, manage, and maintain accountability for the departmental budget. Monitor expenditures against approved budgets and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure objectives are achieved within established financial parameters
- Design, implement, and continuously refine Enrollment and Outreach strategies based on market conditions, Marketplace FE results, and other relevant performance indicators. Identify and pursue new market opportunities and niche growth areas
- Achieve established membership growth and retention targets through effective execution of Enrollment and Outreach strategies
- Monitor production metrics and performance trends. Partner with management staff and Marketplace FEs to develop and execute action plans that address gaps and ensure performance goals are met
- Serve as a company representative and spokesperson when engaging with key external organizations and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal partners on product-related matters and provider network issues to support business development objectives
- Collect, analyze, and leverage data to manage Enrollment and Outreach activities, evaluate market dynamics, and measure program effectiveness
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of New York State regulations, contractual requirements, managed care industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and relevant legislative developments. Participate in professional development opportunities, including seminars, workshops, and industry publications, to remain current

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a relevant health care, sales, or managed care environment
- 3+ years of experience demonstrating managerial and leadership capability
- Intermediate level of interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Windows-based applications, Salesforce, and related data systems
- Advanced level of understanding of managed health care programs, including operational processes, performance drivers, and regulatory considerations
- Ability to travel within the designated service area; occasional overnight travel required
- Driver's license and access to reliable transportation
