We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Warehouse Sales Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our contract logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored supply chain solutions.


Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to market Charger's warehouse and fulfillment services, driving new business and revenue growth.
  • Independently generate sales across contract logistics, value-added warehousing and distribution and supply chain/materials management.
  • Prospect and develop new business through cold calls, presentations, lead follow-up, and in-person meetings, while nurturing and growing key existing accounts.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities, including proposals, forecasts, and account plans.
  • Analyze customer transportation and warehousing needs that deliver measurable value.
  • Collaborate with internal logistics and pricing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and execution plans.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers at target organizations to support capital equipment and intralogistics purchasing decisions.
  • Drive Intralogistics/Warehouse Solutions strategy by developing new business with both new and existing customers.
  • Maintain post-sale account management with a focus on long-term client satisfaction and continued growth.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in warehousing, supply chain, or the fulfillment industry.
  • Proven track record in business development — from cold calling and setting appointments to presenting solutions and closing deals.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales planning process and ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from front-line contacts to senior executives.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Skilled negotiator with a demonstrated ability to close.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and genuinely passionate about sales.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a team environment.
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is strongly preferred.
  • A college or university degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
