About Marble

Marble is building the new operating system for youth mental health by connecting schools, therapists, and health plans on a single platform to unlock access to care today and raise the standard of care for tomorrow.

Last year, 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide. At the heart of this crisis is a severe lack of access to quality, affordable care. When kids can't get help, problems compound and preventable tragedies follow. Marble partners directly with school counselors to get students into care quickly by connecting them to licensed therapists through the insurance coverage they already have, with no waitlists.

We're an early-stage, fast-moving team. The people who join now will shape how we build and what we build.

About the Role

Growing Marble's school partnerships starts with building a strong top-of-funnel and that's where you come in. As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for school counselors, student support teams, and district leaders across the country, introducing them to a model that gets students into care quickly and at no cost to the school or family.

This is a high-activity, high-ownership role. Cold calling is the primary way you'll reach school counselors and administrators. It's a big part of the day-to-day, and we want candidates who are genuinely energized by it. You'll also run outbound via email and other channels, continuously test and improve your messaging, and hand off qualified opportunities to our Account Executives. You'll work closely with both the AE and marketing teams to sharpen how Marble shows up in the market. It's a strong foundation for someone who wants to grow into an Account Executive or Account Manager role and is ready to put in the work to get there.

What You'll Do
  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for school partnerships, reaching counselors, student support teams, and district leaders across your territory

  • Run high-volume outbound with cold calling as your primary channel — reaching school counselors and administrators by phone, with email and other channels supporting your outreach

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives

  • Build and maintain a clean, accurate CRM with notes, stages, activity tracking, and forecasting inputs

  • Partner closely with AEs and marketing to refine targeting, talk tracks, and objection handling

  • Bring patterns and insights from your outreach back to the team to improve how we approach the market

Who You Are
  • Some experience in a BDR, SDR, or high-volume outbound role (cold calling, cold emailing); even 3–6 months is a great starting point

  • Excited about a career path in sales, with a goal of growing into an Account Executive or Account Manager role

  • Highly organized — you run a tight day, follow up relentlessly, and keep a clean pipeline

  • Exceptional communicator who builds rapport quickly and knows how to open a conversation

  • Comfortable doing focused, high-volume work and getting better at it every day

  • Mission-driven and energized by improving access to mental health care for kids

Why Marble
  • Direct impact on kids' mental health access — this work is meaningful

  • Greenfield opportunity to build something from the ground up, with leadership support and a clear growth path

  • Small, experienced team that moves fast and takes the work seriously

  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and equity
