- Drive new business pipeline: Identify and engage high-potential US-based Fashion & Beauty brands, building a consistent pipeline of prospective UNiDAYS partners.
- Own outbound prospecting: Develop creative and personalised outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, phone and other relevant channels to generate meaningful conversations.
- Research and qualify prospects: Understand a brand’s business, customer, marketing strategy and commercial priorities to identify where UNiDAYS can add value.
- Create quality opportunities: Engage relevant stakeholders across Brand, Marketing, eCommerce, Growth, Performance, Media and Partnerships teams, qualifying opportunities before progressing them to the Business Development team.
- Represent the UNiDAYS proposition: Confidently communicate the value of our verification-enabled marketplace, student audience and media ecosystem to prospective partners.
- Use data to optimise performance: Leverage Salesforce and internal dashboards to track activity, understand conversion ratios and continuously improve prospecting performance.
- Achieve commercial targets: Consistently meet and exceed agreed activity, meeting and pipeline targets.
- Build relationships: Develop strong, credible relationships with prospects and create a positive first impression of UNiDAYS.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, Insights and other Commercial teams to maximise opportunities and develop effective prospecting strategies.
- Champion the voice of the market: Share insights, objections and feedback from prospects to help shape our proposition, messaging and go-to-market approach.
- Stay close to the market: Keep up to date with US Fashion & Beauty brands, industry trends, major launches and commercial developments to identify new opportunities.
