About Titan
Titan is the first AI-native IT services company. Our AI agents monitor, triage, and resolve work across the service desk, infrastructure, security, identity, and endpoints, with expert engineers in the loop. In under a year, we’ve raised over $100M from General Catalyst, 8VC, and CalPERS, acquired market-leading MSPs including RFA, and automated 100K+ tickets across 400+ customers. Our team includes people from Scale AI, CoreWeave, Vanta, Meta, Two Sigma, Harvard, Stanford, and MIT.
About RFA
RFA is Titan’s financial services business and the IT and cybersecurity partner for 700+ alternative investment and financial services firms, including private equity, hedge funds, banks, and law firms. RFA combines decades of financial-services expertise with Titan’s AI platform.
The Role
We’re hiring a founding-caliber BDR at Titan to build the outbound motion for RFA. You’ll be the first conversation many CFOs, COOs, and IT leaders at top financial firms have with us, and you’ll shape how we tell the story of AI-native IT to one of the most demanding buyer groups in the market. This role is part execution and part building. You’ll run high-volume, high-quality outreach every day while helping design the playbook that every BDR after you will follow.
What You’ll Do:
Run multichannel cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to decision-makers at PE firms, hedge funds, banks, and law firms
Work the floor at industry conferences and events, starting conversations and turning them into booked meetings
Research and build target account lists, and identify the right people and triggers to engage
Help craft and refine the outbound playbook, including messaging, sequences, objection handling, and talk tracks
Partner closely with AEs and sales leadership to hand off qualified opportunities and tighten the feedback loop
Experiment constantly, measure what works, and help scale the outbound motion across RFA
