Key Responsibilities- Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to prospective leads across assigned territories.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, voicemail drops, and follow-ups.
- Book meetings or product demos for Account Executives.
- Handle objections professionally and nurture cold leads through persistence.
- Track all outreach activity in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close).
- Work closely with sales leaders to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to call volume, meetings booked, and lead quality.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a high-call-volume SDR or cold calling role.
- Strong spoken English with a clear, confident, and persuasive phone presence.
- Resilience to rejection and ability to keep energy high throughout the day.
- Familiarity with dialers, CRM systems, and pipeline tracking tools.
- Proven ability to meet daily/weekly outbound call targets.
- Tech-savvy and highly organized in a remote work environment.
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and excited to grow within a sales organisation.
