About Koah

Koah is building the AI-native ad network—the infrastructure that lets AI apps monetize their highest-intent moments without breaking the user experience. We recently closed our Series A ($26M to date), backed by Theory Ventures, Forerunner, and South Park Commons.

We're hiring a Business Development Representative, Publisher Growth to open the conversations that bring the best AI apps onto the network. You'll be the first touch for the founders and product leaders deciding how their AI product makes money. You'll sit on our Publisher Growth team, working alongside the senior salespeople who close the accounts you open.

What You'll Do
  • Run high-volume, personalized outbound across email, LinkedIn, and phone, adapting your approach based on what actually gets replies

  • Break into fast-growing AI products, developer platforms, and digital publishers many of whom have never heard of Koah

  • Deeply research target accounts to understand where Koah is best suited, and uncover the right contact at each—the founder, growth lead, or monetization owner who actually decides

  • Write outreach that leads with a specific insight, not a template, and earns the meeting

  • Book high-quality meetings and deliver clean, thoughtful handoffs to our Publisher Growth leads

  • Continuously test targeting, messaging, and sequencing, and feed what you learn back to marketing and product

What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar customer-facing role

  • Experience running multi-channel, high-volume outbound

  • A genuinely strong short-form writer—your cold outreach reads like a person paid attention

  • Relentlessly organized, with the discipline to keep dozens of conversations moving without dropping any

  • Curious and coachable, and able to get up to speed fast on technical products in an early-stage environment

  • A clear communicator who can earn attention and credibility with founders and senior operators

Exceptional candidates may also:

  • Have sold into developers, technical buyers, or product teams

  • Have experience in ad tech, media, or a marketplace business

Other Things To Know
  • This is a fully in-person role based out of our New York City office

  • Attitude, work ethic, and learning velocity matter more than years on a resume

  • This is an early, high-visibility seat on a growing team; do it well and you'll have a clear path into closing and senior GTM roles as the network scales
