About Deck

Deck is building the data infrastructure for the internet. We make scattered, login-protected data instantly accessible through clean APIs and integrations—empowering businesses to act fast and smart, with no friction.

We’re a team of builders from top-tier tech companies who believe one thing: great ideas need great data. If you thrive in early-stage chaos, own your work like a founder, and think in frameworks—not features—Deck might be your next home.

Role

As a BDR at Deck, you’ll be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy, helping identify, engage, and qualify new opportunities. You’ll work closely with Account Executives to generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and open doors to high-value accounts. This is a high-impact, high-growth role with a clear path to Account Executive or Account Manager within 12–15 months.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect into target accounts based on Deck’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

  • Research and personalize outreach using multiple channels (email, calls, LinkedIn, video)

  • Manage 8–12 touch cadences over 2–3 weeks with a focus on quality personalization (30%+)

  • Engage prospects quickly and qualify opportunities against business pain points and buying triggers

  • Collaborate with Account Executives on campaigns and provide warm handoffs for meetings

  • Log activity, insights, and outcomes in CRM (HubSpot) to maintain clean data hygiene

  • Consistently hit activity, meetings booked, and pipeline creation targets

What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year experience in a BDR/SDR role or other customer-facing SaaS role

  • Resilient, competitive, and coachable personality with a growth mindset

  • Strong communication skills and ability to uncover pain points through conversation

  • Organized and able to run high-quality outreach at volume

  • Curious and proactive about learning technology, business problems, and new industries

Why Join Deck?
  • Competitive pay for the right skills

  • Proven leadership with a track record of big results

  • Significant ownership and autonomy in how you operate

  • A team of exceptional peers tackling complex, high-leverage problems

  • Momentum: recent fundraise by top-tier investors, massive whitespace, and accelerating traction

Deck isn’t just a product—it’s a mission. We believe that businesses should spend more time thinking and building, and less time wrestling with data plumbing. If that vision excites you, and you’re energized by early-stage speed, ambiguity, and intensity—let’s talk.

Before applying, take a look at our Constitution. If you don't dislike it, there's a good chance you’ll love working here.
