The Business Development Representative will focus on top-of-funnel outreach to drive sales, handling objections, and scheduling meetings with potential clients.
OX Security is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in Application Security, helping organizations fix what matters most across their entire software development lifecycle. We’re expanding in the US and looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to own top-of-funnel outreach and fuel our growth.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of proven B2B sales success
- Bachelors degree - Must
- Experience in SaaS at least one year
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and confident objection handling
- Fearless and engaging on the phones
- Proven track record of cold calling and closing meetings
- Quick to learn and comfortable discussing technical concepts (cybersecurity knowledge is a plus, not a must)
- Creativity and a marketing-minded approach are a bonus
Compensation
Compensation Range: $90,000-$110,000 OTE
