About Enterpret

As we transition to the world of AI native applications, there is one element that matters more than anything - the data.

At Enterpret, we are unlocking the most impactful dataset for businesses - customer feedback - to help brands build products customers love. Our platform, powered by custom AI, unifies and deeply understands this unstructured data, and enables teams to extract meaningful insights.

We power teams at Vimeo, Canva, Descript, Notion, Strava, Perplexity, Loom, and several decacorns and F500 companies. Enterpret is backed by Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia Capital India, and Unusual Ventures.

About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to own outbound prospecting and drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation for our growing sales team. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, reporting directly to the Head of Business Operations.

You'll be joining a fast-growing, high-performance team focused on driving new revenue. This is a high-ownership, high-impact sales role, ideal for entrepreneurial individuals that enjoy problem solving, with significant growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

Drive and Evolve Our Outbound Motion

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn or other creative channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Build and refine our outbound playbook by testing creative messaging, channels, and strategies, iterating based on what drives results.
  • Run experiments with different outreach tactics and analyze performance data to continuously optimize conversion rates.
  • Take full ownership of outbound processes with a scrappy, results-driven mindset—doubling down on what works.

Execute with Relentless Focus

  • Strategically identify and engage with decision-makers at target accounts, including product managers, engineers, and operations leaders.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, qualify interest, and position Enterpret's value proposition effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.

Represent Enterpret

  • Serve as the first point of contact for many prospects, representing Enterpret with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Engage thoughtfully with customer needs and communicate our platform's value in clear, compelling, and solution-oriented ways.
  • Source qualified leads from industry conferences, webinars, marketing campaigns, and other activations.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine messaging and share market feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, Marketing, or other customer-facing role, preferably at a B2B SaaS startup.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you can engage senior-level executives and distill complex concepts into clear messaging.
  • High energy, charisma, and excellent listening skills to uncover business challenges and position Enterpret as the solution.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple projects.
  • Analytical and curious mindset—you enjoy experimenting with outreach strategies and using data to inform decisions.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals and a dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, AI, and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach).
  • Bonus: Experience reaching out to product or CX decision-makers.

Compensation Details

Base Salary: $70,000 annually

Commission/Bonus: $30,000 annually

On-Target Earnings: $100,000 annually

We also offer meaningful equity compensation and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, flexible PTO, and opportunities for growth as the company scales.
