OVERVIEW

The Business Development Systems Assistant is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data in the Firm’s customer relationship management (“CRM”) database, InterAction, and providing troubleshooting support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages the ongoing administration of InterAction;
  • Assists with preparing daily reports on company executive moves for Partners;
  • Works closely with the Firm’s Legal Administrative Assistants, collecting Firm-wide contact (client, supplier, etc.) information and resolving contact information discrepancies with InterAction;
  • Helps maintain InterAction by researching and reporting on company and contact information in order to provide analytical support to Partners and staff;
  • Helps manage special projects/applications that arise for InterAction; and
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
  • At least one year of working with InterAction (or equivalent CRM system);
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented;
  • Possess technical systems knowledge;
  • Excellent time management and research skills;
  • Solid verbal and written communications skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively;
  • Capable of working well under pressure and coordinating several activities at one time;
  • Ability to see projects through to completion; and
  • Availability to work overtime, as needed.

This position is located in our New York office, and currently has a hybrid work schedule, but that is subject to change. The hours for this position are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The estimated salary range for this position is $62,000 to $72,000 plus overtime. The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and discretionary bonus(es), we offer a generous employee benefits package including, but not limited to, paid time off, medical, dental, vision care, 401(k) and substantial health club discounts.
