Stuut is transforming accounts receivable for B2B companies—making collections smarter and faster for companies that have historically relied on manual processes that are labor intensive and costly. Our platform is gaining traction with finance teams across industrials, chemicals, and manufacturing sectors from Fortune 10 brands to scaling midmarkets. We're backed by top-tier investors including a16z, Khosla, Activant, 1984 Ventures, Page One and Microsoft.

The Role

We're looking for a driven, AI-native Business Development Manager to build and scale our outbound motion. You'll lead a team of Business Development Representatives while partnering closely with Marketing and Sales to generate qualified pipeline across strategic and enterprise accounts. • Create and execute outbound strategies that generate qualified pipeline across strategic and enterprise accounts.

  • Partner closely with Marketing and Account Executives to execute coordinated account-based campaigns.

  • Establish repeatable outbound playbooks and AI-powered workflows that improve productivity and conversion.

  • Coach your team through prospecting, messaging, objection handling, and qualification.

  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast team performance, and optimize key outbound metrics.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and accountability.

  • Stay deeply familiar with Stuut's platform, ideal customer profile, and evolving product roadmap to help your team create relevant, high-value conversations.

You Might Be a Fit If You…
  • You have experience leading or mentoring Business Development Representatives in a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • You have consistently exceeded pipeline generation or sales development goals.

  • You thrive on coaching others and building a collaborative, high-performance culture.

  • You are AI-native and actively use AI to improve prospecting, research, outreach, and team productivity.

  • You understand modern outbound sales strategies, account-based prospecting, and multichannel engagement.

  • You are comfortable using structured sales methodologies and qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, or similar.

  • You enjoy working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to drive measurable business outcomes.

  • You live our core values: Face the Bear, Think Independently, Hard Work Creates Room, and Stand In Front Of The Truck For Your Customer.

Compensation

  • Top-of-market salary and equity package

  • Benefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees)

  • Medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you

  • 401(k) & Match
