The CAIP Sales Strategy, Planning & Excellence team’s mission is to drive world-class sales excellence through strategic planning, operational rigor, and actionable insights, enabling the Field, GTM, and GBB organizations to shape strategy, simplify execution, and accelerate business growth.

To support continued growth of Cloud & AI Platforms organization, we are hiring a Business Insights & Operations Leader, Cloud and AI Platforms within our Cloud & AI Platforms business. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of critical operational priorities, strategic planning initiatives, rhythms of business, and driving cross CAIP business architecture across the organization in partnership with multiple teams.
Specifically, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the rhythm of business to ensure efficient decision-making and seamless execution, you will lead the fiscal year planning to ensure alignment with business objectives and the timely delivery of Cloud & AI Platforms initiatives that create value across the organization in partnership Cross Solution Area organizations, as well as Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, Industry Teams, ATU, Digital Natives, Partners and Services in all customer segments.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic-thinking and results-driven a Business Operations, Planning and Cross CAIP Strategy leader to lead a strategic team responsible for driving alignment, operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and design of cross CAIP GTM priorities, across key Cloud & AI Platforms stakeholders. The manager will oversee a team that orchestrates the fiscal year planning process, executes rhythm of business (RoB) activities, and delivers GTM strategy in alignment with the company's objectives. This role will ensure cross-organization collaboration and the provision of business health insights that inform executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of the rhythm of business (RoB) enabling high-fidelity feedback loops, to ensure timely decision-making and alignment across Cloud & AI Platforms stakeholders. Provide ongoing visibility into business health, progress against commitments, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Lead cross-CAIP strategy, translating Cloud & AI Platforms priorities into integrated, execution-ready plans aligned to company and Cloud & AI objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end fiscal year planning process across CAIP, orchestrating cross-functional inputs (Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Partners) and ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, investment decisions, and field readiness.
  • Deliver actionable business insights and executive-ready content, connecting strategy, execution, and outcomes to enable data-driven decision-making by CAIP and Cloud & AI leadership.
  • Act as a strategic integrator across organizations, influencing without authority to drive alignment, manage trade-offs, and ensure shared accountability across stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, building capabilities in planning, strategy design, design analytics, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure strong governance, execution discipline, and compliance, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to accelerate impact across CAIP GTM motions.
  • Continuously improve planning, reporting, and operating mechanisms, simplifying complexity and scaling best practices across Cloud & AI Platforms.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or related field AND 5+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, engineering or a related field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 5+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 7+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years people management experience.

Sales Strategy Enablement M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
