Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain reporting and data solutions used across the business.
  • Work with data from ERP systems, Excel files, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, third-party platforms, and other operational sources.
  • Prepare, clean, combine, and validate data before it is used for reporting.
  • Build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and KPIs.
  • Create and maintain data pipelines and transformation processes.
  • Automate repetitive reporting and operational tasks.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and reconcile differences between systems.
  • Support recurring reporting as well as ad hoc business requests.
  • Work with different departments to understand their needs and turn them into useful reporting or automation solutions.
  • Improve existing processes by simplifying them, removing unnecessary manual work, and finding more reliable ways of doing things.
  • Document important processes, business rules, and reporting logic.
  • Take ownership of projects from understanding the problem through implementation and validation.
