The Assistant Controller leads monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; maintains accurate financial records; oversees reconciliations, reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory accounting, commissions, cash flow, and working capital. The role analyzes financial performance, strengthens controls, improves ERP and accounting processes, supports external accountants, and provides actionable insights to leadership and operational teams.

Provide administrative support to the Buying Team: manage calendars, vendor communications, purchase orders, data entry, vendor records, meeting notes, PTO tracking, calls, office tasks, supply orders, and warehouse coordination to keep procurement operations running smoothly.

The role involves maintaining the cleanliness of the store, supporting various departments, loading and unloading deliveries, and providing customer service.

As a Cheese Associate, you will handle cheese products including cutting, trimming, and packaging. You'll ensure quality, maintain cleanliness, and assist with inventory management in a fast-paced refrigerated environment.

Maintain and organize the warehouse freezer: receive, label, rotate product (FIFO), support inventory, uphold cleanliness and food-safety standards, assist other departments, and perform physical tasks in freezer conditions while following company policies.

Manage front-end/cashier department to deliver exceptional guest experience, oversee transactions and cash handling, train and schedule staff, ensure compliance with policies, monitor department performance, drive sales and guest engagement, maintain cleanliness and safety, and assist with hiring and corrective actions.
