Business Operations Manager, Content

We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager for the Snapchat Content team! You will work across our Shows, Publisher Stories, and Our Stories content teams to identify, evaluate, and execute projects that will increase the operational effectiveness of each of these teams and the Content team overall.
What you'll do:
- Identify, evaluate, and execute major initiatives for increased operational efficiency through the development of tooling and infrastructure
- Partner with senior leadership to optimize current team workflows and introduce new workflows utilizing best-in-class software solutions
- Establish and track team goals while partnering with team members on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and communicating results
- Conduct ad hoc research and analysis related to special initiatives important to VP of Content and the Content team overall
Who we're looking for:
- 4+ years in a management or strategy consulting program, or similar strategic project management role for a digital media, tech, or other company (open to investment banking or venture capital backgrounds)
- Demonstrated problem-solving approach and analytical skills
- High attention to detail with strong written and visual communication skills
- Expert skills with Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint and Google Docs/Sheets
- Prior experience implementing software including Atlassian, Salesforce CRM, and Asana is a plus, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree (technical or MBA) a plus, but not required
- A passion for fast-paced, startup environments and Snapchat!
