We’re looking for a Swiss army knife operator who can jump in and help us reach our next phase of growth. You will support the team with daily responsibilities and various ad hoc projects, enabling them to concentrate on strategic, high-impact efforts. We are seeking a diverse range of skill sets: creating clear, actionable project plans and memos, analyzing data sets, and tackling various ad hoc projects.

• Owning zero-to-one bets: new products, channels, and markets

• Leading our highest-priority initiatives cross-functionally

• Building data analysis, dashboards, and reporting that drive decisions

• Running customer discovery and A/B testing

• Supporting on Board decks, investor updates, and ad-hoc requests

• Operating experience at a high-growth company known for excellence

• A clear reference point for what great looks like as a company scales

• A track record of taking projects from 0 to 1 with little oversight

• Sharp analytical instincts and comfort turning messy data into decisions

• High intensity, high ownership, and strong communication

Please note that applications will not be reviewed if you do not meet this criteria. We also keep the Business Operations Manager as a posted role year-round and hire from this pool whenever we periodically identify a need for a generalist role.
