Business Sr. Analyst, AVP

The Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the Americas Wealth Markets business in key initiatives including:

• Assisting the Product Management Head and Desk Heads in new product rollouts in the Structured Product, Brokerage, and Over the Counter Derivatives spaces

• Coordinating ongoing maintenance and Annual Review of existing Global and Regional Product Programs, and regular Product Risk Rating exercises

• Ensuring new products / business initiatives are reviewed under Citi’s New Activity Governance Framework

• Provide input into process and control framework enhancements

• Tracking of key analytics such as revenues and business performance

• Assist with responses to Internal Audit, Regulators, and Compliance Testing, as needed

• Participation in, and at times leading, key projects critical to the operation and compliance/risk management of the business

• Working closely with key business stakeholders to support business growth

• Other ad hoc administrative tasks that support the activities of the business

There will be extensive interaction with multiple business/control function areas at all levels, including Compliance, Legal, Risk, Tax, Operations, and Credit, both in the region and across the globe

Knowledge & Experience:

• 5 years’ experience at a bank/broker dealer
• Working knowledge of brokerage products, structured products, and over-the-counter derivatives
• Demonstrated basic familiarity with FINRA, SEC, OCC, and CFTC regulations.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
• FINRA Series 7 and related licenses preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate to all levels of management
• Familiarity with bank/broker dealer trading platforms
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Works well under pressure, has a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a highly collaborative environment, with a focus on owning and driving results
