UpClear's global headquarters is in New York City and we have international offices in London, Paris, and Singapore.

This role requires 4 days on site collaboration per week. You must be able to commute to our West 22nd Street office in New York.

Responsibilities
  • Support release process: testing, training, communication to business users (client success teams, clients' end-users)
  • Develop business requirements for software evolutions, and present to solution and product teams
  • Develop test scripts and execute user acceptance testing
  • Customer request analysis: collaborate with sales teams to ensure understanding and prioritization of customer requests, and communicate them to the Product team for development.
  • Feature Business Owner: validate features developed by the Product team as meeting business specifications
  • Training & documentation: train sales teams on newly developed functionalities, provide them with clear, functional documentation and maintain it so that it can be used by customers
  • Customer support: identify and investigate problems encountered by customers in their use of the platform, provide "problem scenarios" to the Technical team, test product patches and communicate resolution schedules.
  • Activation: analyze and understand customer issues in order to recommend functional and technical solutions, then coordinate their deployment

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT discipline
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Software experience, as system analyst or support associate
  • Experience with software development tools (DevOps, Asana)
  • Experience with Saas, N-Tier Web Application, SQL, BI (Tableau), Angular
  • High attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Compensation: $80K - $115K

The salary range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary several factors may be considered as applicable including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority.
