Job Summary

We are seeking a Cadence/Prelude Financial Assistance Analyst to support healthcare IT initiatives involving Epic patient access and financial assistance workflows. This analyst must hold current Epic certifications in Authorization/Certification and Cadence/Prelude and be able to apply functional knowledge of these applications in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support Epic workflows related to Cadence, Prelude, Authorization/Certification, and Financial Assistance.
  • Analyze operational needs and assist with the development of effective Epic solutions.
  • Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders to understand workflow requirements.
  • Support system analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate workflow and system documentation.
  • Communicate clearly with project stakeholders regarding requirements, issues, and system needs.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Current Epic Authorization/Certification certification.
  • Current Epic Cadence/Prelude certification.
  • Experience working with Epic patient access and related financial assistance workflows.
  • Ability to analyze operational requirements and support Epic application needs.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with operational and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Epic Financial Assistance workflows.
  • Experience working in a healthcare IT consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with integrated patient access, authorization, certification, and financial assistance processes.
