The Call Center Validation agent will be responsible for analyzing business information through outbound calls and web searches. In this role, the Call Center Agent will confirm reliable data of businesses using different sources.The position is remote WFHWhat You'll Bring:
The successful candidate will be able to assume responsibility for gather critical business information in a casual manner or following a script. Additionally, when needed, the agent must do a web search to complement the proper validation process.
The role requires strong English communication skills with active listening.
Outbound phone calls business to business for validation purposes.
Researching required information using available resources.
Attention to quality of the data and details.
Analyze the available information to determine the truthfulness of the business attributes.
Meet individual / team targets and call handling metrics.
Proactively works and adherence to company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Adapts well to change and can adjust priorities as needed.
Teamwork and cooperation.
Strong time management skills.
Experience working in a remote environment.
Impact You'll Make:
English language proficiency B2+ or C1 that includes reading, oral, writing, and listening skills.
High school diploma.
6 months of experience in a Call Center environment.
Excellent data entry and typing skills: 20 wpm
Availability to work from 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
MS Office knowledge (Excel-basic to intermediate) Nice to have.
