Capital Markets Manager

Location: New York, NY · Full-Time

Endeavor is building the payment rails for out-of-pocket medical spend — starting in dental and moving into fertility, medspa, behavioral health, and beyond. We have contracted relationships with leading lenders and are processing real volume. Now we need to build the capital supply infrastructure to match the opportunity.

This is Endeavor's first Capital Markets hire. You will come in at the ground floor and build the framework — lender facilities, warehouse lines, forward flow agreements, and the institutional relationships that give Endeavor the capital flexibility to grow.

If you want to build something from scratch and own it — this is the role.

What you will do
  • Develop and execute Endeavor's capital markets strategy — identifying the right capital structures (warehouse lines, forward flow, programmatic relationships) to support loan origination across Endeavor's lender network

  • Build and manage relationships with institutional capital sources — banks, credit funds, family offices, and specialty finance investors — positioning Endeavor as a preferred origination partner

  • Evaluate capital structure options as Endeavor expands into new healthcare verticals and assess how each vertical's risk profile affects funding approach

  • Partner with the Head of Lending and CEO to structure lender economics — including origination fees, MDRs, and program economics — in ways that support sustainable capital deployment

  • Develop Endeavor's reporting and data package for capital partners — building the transparency infrastructure that institutional partners require

  • Identify strategic co-investment or balance sheet opportunities that support Endeavor's vertical expansion

  • Stay current on healthcare lending capital markets — tracking spreads, regulatory developments, and the competitive landscape for specialty consumer credit

What we are looking for
  • 5–10+ years in capital markets, structured finance, specialty lending, or institutional credit

  • Experience with consumer or healthcare loan origination facilities — warehouse lines, forward flow agreements, or whole loan sales

  • Established relationships with institutional credit investors, banks, or specialty finance firms

  • Strong financial modeling skills — you can build a funding model, stress test assumptions, and present it to a credit committee

  • Comfortable in ambiguity — you have built or rebuilt a capital markets function before, or you are ready to do it for the first time

  • Strategic and entrepreneurial — you see the market opportunity and can make the case for why capital belongs here

  • Healthcare lending or point-of-sale consumer credit experience is a meaningful plus

Why Endeavor

Endeavor is a real business with real volume, institutional backing, and a clear path into multiple healthcare verticals. You will be building the capital supply function from scratch alongside the founding team — with full visibility into deal flow, lender economics, and the product roadmap. This is not a support role. It is a seat at the table.
