Job Summary & Responsibilities

Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a full-time Case Management Office Manager. The Office Manager will handle high-volume phone calls. Order supplies, wheelchairs, etc. and department office forms. ADP and time management for all CM staff. Data input for appeals and denials. Maintain patient discharge logs. Process invoices. Maintain files (software and paper). Must perform Discharge Facilitator's functions in their absence. Responsible for smooth operation of the department, including maintenance and cleanliness. Meet organization's general, safety and customer service competencies. Schedule will be 8AM-4PM.

Education and Qualification Requirements

  • Associates Degree and/or Business Certificate
  • Previous healthcare experience with knowledge of patient discharge planning procedures preferred
  • Experience with medical terminology preferred
  • Experience in an electronic health record and case management documentation system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Calendar)

Hourly Rate: $25-$29
