Position Overview:
The Case Manager provides comprehensive case management services to individuals and families residing in the shelter program. The Case Manager works collaboratively with participants to identify strengths, assess needs, develop individualized service plans, and connect clients with community resources that promote stability, self-sufficiency, and successful transition to permanent housing. This position requires a compassionate professional who can effectively advocate for clients while maintaining program compliance and documentation standards.
Position Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, human services or equivalent from an accredited college as well as a minimum of two years’ experience working with youth and or families that are considered immigrants, refugees or other vulnerable populations. Shelter and or residential experience required. Must be a team player and have the ability to work independently. Must be flexible and able to work some evenings and weekends. Schedule may be staggered. Bilingual preferred; must have strong conversation and writing skills in both English and an additional language(s).
