In this role, you will play a crucial part in Ericsson's cash collection processes, maintaining relationships with our valued customers and colleagues to ensure timely payments. What you will do:
- Ensure outstanding invoices are paid on time.
- Prepare collection forecasts.
- Proactively maintain relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Initiate action plans and drive overdue payment collection through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Manage customer invoice disputes.
- Maintain customer master data for external customers and handle credit unblocks.
- Collect withholding tax certificates, where applicable.
- Engage with stakeholders to secure proper and timely clearings and accounting.
- Ensure the quality of the books of accounts by adhering to Ericsson's internal processes.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure quality and internal compliance in cash collection operations.
What you will bring:
- BSc in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in collections.
- Excellent communication skills and an openness to, and respect for, other cultures.
- Strong stakeholder and influencing skills to cultivate relationships and build partnerships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Accounting and reporting skills.
- Financial knowledge and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
