Under the direction of the Marketing Operations Leadership Team, the Change Management Specialist will drive operational excellence by analyzing marketing department workflows, gathering and translating requirements, and enabling technology-led improvements across department projects and initiatives. Acting as a bridge between internal teams, the role blends hands-on project delivery with adoption and change management to deliver measurable gains in process improvement, efficient project execution and quality output.

By leveraging your creative problem-solving skills, client service mindset, and ability to think strategically about process improvements, you will be a core member of our new and growing marketing operations team.

What you’ll do:

Business Analysis & Process Optimization

  • Maintain a living repository of process maps and solution documentation aligned to SOPs.

  • Assist with mapping current-state workflows; identify friction points, decision logic, handoffs, and project requirements; and design improved procedures and processes using appropriate project management methodologies.

  • Design future-state workflows to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Own management logs for marketing department tools and technology-related applications, including structure and maintenance.

Technology Enablement & Adoption

  • Partner with Technology, Knowledge Management and Innovation teams to deploy and integrate marketing-related tools.

  • Develop training, targeted resources, and reference materials.

  • Embed SLAs and quality checkpoints; align department SOPs and data quality standards to risk and compliance requirements (under the direction of the Marketing Operations Project Manager).

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Contribute to change strategies, stakeholder analyses, communications, and mitigation plans to drive sustained technology and process adoption.

  • Align change plans to milestones; prepare leadership and end-users with role-based enablement (under the direction of the Marketing Operations Project Manager).

  • Contribute to communications to support project readiness and to sustain adoption.

Project Delivery & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct post-implementation/project reviews to validate ROI, best practices and efficient use of Marketing Operations and PM resources (under the direction of the Marketing Operations Project Manager).

  • Triage, escalate, and assist in coordinating resolution of user issues and enhancement requests.

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Build and contribute to Power BI dashboards related project pipeline, user engagement, and operational resources.

  • Contribute to defining metrics taxonomy and data integrity rules; partner with data owners to improve completeness and consistency across marketing-owned tools and resources.

  • Use data and process improvement observations to suggest prioritization of operational improvements and change management initiatives.

Who we’re looking for:

Core

  • Minimum of four years of work experience, preferably in professional services, university, or technology industries.

  • Experience in change management, business analysis, process improvement, legal operations, or similar in professional services.

  • Familiarity with legal tech platforms and collaboration tools; comfortable with learning new technology.

  • Experience with adoption/change management required.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with complex datasets.

Required

  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and KPI/benefits tracking.

  • Experience in creating and maintaining process maps and solution documentation.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, or other business intelligence and data visualization tools.

  • Basic understanding of Generative AI.

  • Experience with CRM platforms and configurations.

Preferred

  • PMP Certification

  • Familiarity with:

    • Salesforce

    • Miro

    • Litera Applications – Foundation, Foundation Marketing (Concep), etc.

    • Power Platform Suite (PowerApps, Automate, and BI)

    • Jira, Monday, or other PM software packages.

  • Hands-on experience with participation in projects that included a Generative AI component(s).

For positions in Los Angeles, CA and Seattle, WA, the salary range for this job posting is: $75,400.00 - $120,550.00.

For positions in New York, NY, the salary range for this job posting is: $78,500.00 - $125,600.00.

The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
