Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for a full-service restaurant organization. This role owns enterprise-wide performance, culture, and long-term value creation while ensuring consistent execution across all locations.

The CEO will work closely with the executive team, board, and key stakeholders to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and a differentiated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and execute the company’s overall vision, strategy, and operating plan

  • Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin performance, and cash flow

  • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing executive leadership team

  • Ensure operational consistency, brand standards, and guest experience excellence across all units

  • Oversee financial discipline, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting

  • Drive scalable systems and processes across operations, people, and technology

  • Partner with the board and investors on strategic initiatives, growth plans, and capital allocation

  • Foster a strong culture centered on accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience
  • Senior executive or CEO experience within full-service or casual dining

  • Strong operational background with multi-unit leadership experience

  • Demonstrated financial acumen and P&L ownership

  • Proven ability to lead teams through growth, change, and complexity

  • Experience working with boards, ownership groups, or institutional capital preferred

  • Clear, decisive leadership style with a people-first mindset
