About the Role

The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO of a global trading firm, driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and ensuring alignment across teams. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to execute complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership to ensure effective communication.
  • Manage executive-level projects, prioritize competing demands, and monitor key deliverables.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, improving processes and driving accountability.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and events when necessary.
  • Coordinate and streamline the CEO’s professional and personal commitments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years in a Chief of Staff, consulting, or senior management role.
  • Proven success managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a “no task too small” mindset.
