The Business Development Lead will drive sales growth, oversee the sales process, nurture relationships, and recommend improvements in alignment with company goals.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles from administrative to executive across finance, technology, and support. Source, screen, interview, place hires, onboard employees, manage recruiting platforms and agency relationships, run campus recruitment and internships, advise senior management on hiring strategy, and support HR special projects.

Partner with the CEO to drive strategic planning and execution, manage cross-functional initiatives and executive-level projects, streamline operations, prepare reports and presentations, and represent the CEO as needed. Ensure alignment across leadership, improve processes, and coordinate the CEO's professional and personal commitments.

Work under the CFO to manage day-to-day accounting for a self-clearing proprietary trading firm: payroll administration, monthly close, reconciliations, FOCUS filings, treasury, AP/AR, financial reporting and projections, regulatory net-capital compliance, audits, internal controls, management reporting, and bank relationship support.

Provide personal and executive support to the CEO: manage personal and professional tasks, calendars, travel, wardrobe and shopping, perform administrative duties, coordinate projects, communicate with team, monitor social media, and handle ad hoc personal and creative assistant tasks.
